After our first experience with the "Da a Landa" apartment, we opened this new property, located in the same two-story building. You are just a few meters from the beach, pastry shop, supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutiques, and wine shops. Public transport is easily accessible on foot. The apartment features a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, and a livable balcony. The sofa bed is available for bookings of more than two guests. Located on the second floor of a small building, it offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a Smart TV with satellite channels. Self check-in is available for your convenience. All windows have mosquito screens; those in the bathroom and bedroom also have blackout curtains. Ideal for 4 adults, 2 adults and 2 children, 3 adults and 1 child, or 1 adult and 3 children. Upon request, we can provide a crib for children up to 3 years old (if available). Towels, sheets, and beach towels are included (beach towels on request, if available). The apartment will be entirely and exclusively at your disposal, with no shared spaces. Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility: access requires a short uphill walk with steps and a staircase of about 10 steps. Monterosso is a pedestrian area. Street parking is available nearby. Events are not permitted on the property.
